We are tested and certified by the Berlin Senate. All statutory and private insurances recognize us as "Offers to support in everyday life" according to § 45a SGB XI. All aid agencies also recognize our service in everyday help as reimbursable. (Only a selection is shown in the pictures. We work with all health insurance companies.)
Fair, simple pricing
Our prices are transparent and fair – simple and without hidden fees.Each hour of help costs 34 EUR.
Relief services /Daily help
The legal basis for our everyday support services is § 45a SGB XI. You do not have to book any of our services in packages. You only pay for what you actually use.
Preventive care is based on the principles of § 39 SGB XI. We step in when your caregiver cannot be there. This way, you are well cared for even in difficult times!
If you are unable to manage your household alone due to a hospital stay or outpatient surgery § 38 SGB V, or also during pregnancy or after childbirth § 24h SGB V, the health insurance company can approve a household helper.

With the qualification for care counseling according to §7a SGB XI, we advise you, create care plans, and accompany you to the assessment of the long‒term care insurance fund!

With the qualification for care counseling according to §7a SGB XI, we advise you and create care plans and accompany you to the assessment of the long‒term care insurance fund!
In cooperation with Schwulenberatung Berlin, we offer you 3 to 4 free care consultation hours once a month. This service is provided voluntarily and free of charge by AlleFarben Alltagshilfe.

How many hours of help does the long-term care insurance cover?
If you have a care level, you are entitled to various benefits from long-term care insurance. For care level 1, these are somewhat lower than for care levels 2 to 5. Here we give you an overview of how high the benefits of long-term care insurance are.

In care level 2, you are entitled to all benefits from the long‒term care insurance fund. Here you use the budget for the relief amount, as well as for preventive and short‒term care. Your care allowance will continue to be paid in full.
In care level 2, you are entitled to all benefits from the long‒term care insurance fund. We utilize all possibilities of the long‒term care insurance fund to organize your daily help. You will continue to receive 208 EUR in care allowance.
With care level 2, you are entitled to all benefits from the long‒term care insurance fund. We use all possibilities of the long‒term care insurance fund to organize your daily help. We use the entire care allowance for your support.
In care level 3, you are entitled to all benefits from the care insurance fund. Here you use the budget for the relief amount, as well as substitute and short‒term care. Your care allowance will continue to be paid in full.
In care level 3, you are entitled to all benefits from the long‒term care insurance fund. We use all options of the long‒term care insurance fund to organize your daily assistance. You will continue to receive EUR 359 in care benefits.
In care level 3, you are entitled to all benefits from the care insurance fund. We utilize all possibilities of the care insurance fund to organize your daily assistance. We use all care benefits for your support.
In care level 4, you are entitled to all benefits from the long‒term care insurance fund. Here you use the budget for the relief amount, as well as for respite and short‒term care. Your care allowance will continue to be paid in full.
In care level 4, you are entitled to all benefits from the long‒term care insurance fund. We use all possibilities of the long‒term care insurance fund to organize your daily help. You will continue to receive EUR 479 in care allowance.
In care level 4, you are entitled to all benefits from the nursing care insurance fund. We use all options of the nursing care insurance fund to organize your daily help. We use the entire care allowance for your support.
In care grade 5, you are entitled to all benefits from the nursing care insurance fund. Here you use the budget for the relief amount, as well as substitute and short‒term care. Your care allowance will continue to be paid in full.
In care level 5, you are entitled to all benefits from the long‒term care insurance. We utilize all possibilities of the long‒term care insurance to organize your daily help. You will continue to receive 594 EUR in care allowance.
In care level 5, you are entitled to all benefits from the care insurance fund. We utilize all options of the care insurance fund to organize your daily help. We use the entire care allowance for your support.
