We meet for a tea or coffee and talk to each other. You can also ask all your questions.

Onboarding and Start
We discuss together when and how you would like to start. We also clarify whether any documents are still required. The first introductory meetings always take place together as part of your induction.

How do I apply to AlleFarben Alltagshilfe in Berlin – and how quickly will I get a response?
You submit a short application. According to the page, this takes a maximum of 3 minutes and you don't need a CV or a long cover letter. We usually get back to you within 2 days.
What are my duties as a daily helper?
As a daily helper, you support customers in their everyday lives - at home and away from home. This includes accompaniment, joint leisure activities and conversations, shopping, and preparing simple meals. You also help with household chores and cleaning. Important: No nursing activities are planned.
What are the working hours - are there shifts and how long do deployments last?
There are no shifts. Weekend assignments are possible, but by arrangement. The page also states: An assignment lasts approximately 2 hours on average.
What is the payment like and what benefits are there?
